I just wanted to write to you to say a huge thank you for the speedy efficiency you and your company offered me recently. I ordered online only a couple of items and having sent the order online, realised that the goods would be better sent to my works addreess for receipt, due to the fact I required them at short notice, as a gift for a very dear friend. Not only did this happen, within 3 days, normal royal mail delivery, but the packaging was superb, the items pristine and our friend was thrilled with them. I just wanted to comment on your New Stock - I absolutely love your new found goodies!!! After mounting up a large order I thought I had better stop before completely bankrupting myself before Christmas. I adore the whole range that you sell and would absolutely love to visit your shop - but unfortunately you are too far away from us. I think you should consider branching out into the Essex area as we seriously lack shops like your own. I am incredibly pleased with the white lamp base and red gingham shade. It is exactly what I wanted and everything is as it was described on the advertisement. The shade is a really nice size and shape, and both it and the lamp base are very nicely finished off. The little ledge a third of the way down the base is ideal for hanging padded hearts.
